Arcadia Health Clinic is based in Edinburgh. At this time we are operating primarily online. This means we are not able to facilitate in-person consultations at the moment.

Appointments can be booked online via our booking system. You can choose the most suitable appointment type and available time slot before attending the clinic.
We do not accommodate walk-in style appointments: bookings are always required.

Appointment lengths vary depending on the service booked. Each appointment is structured to allow adequate time for assessment, discussion, and clinical decision-making.
It is often the case that an appointment does not take the full time allocated, however we give you this extra time for any questions you may have.

We aim to offer a same-day service wherever possible for those that would like to use it.
These appointments, called ‘last-minute’ appointments, operate within our opening hours and require a minimum of 30 minutes’ notice before booking. (Please note that due to the time it takes to complete the onboarding questionnaire, you should allow some extra time before you book to reserve your slot.

Where clinically appropriate and within regulatory limits, prescriptions may be issued following a consultation. This will always be based on a professional medical assessment.
We issue electronic prescriptions only. This means you’ll receive your prescription as a code which you give to the dispensing pharmacy along with your date of birth.
