Online Appointments

Our consultations are available online seven days a week!

We are able to offer last-minute and same-day appointments, as well as appointments booked more than a day in advance.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Simply click the button or follow the link here to book. You’ll be asked to complete patient information as part of the booking process.

    When you’ve completed the booking, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a link to the meeting via Google Meets. Follow the link no later than ten minutes before your meeting is due to start.

  • You must have:

    • A valid form of photo ID (e.g. driving licence, passport etc.)

    • Records of ongoing treatment (e.g. a photo of an existing prescription, an email with your doctor)

    • Any medical information or history

    • Your booking confirmation email

    These will be checked by the clinician during the video call.

  • You can read our full cancellation policy in our terms and conditions.

    If you need to cancel with more than 24 hours’ notice, you will receive a partial refund (the full amount less the amount of the non-refundable deposit).

    If you need to cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, you will not receive a refund.

    You can reschedule your appointment with at least 12 hours’ notice.

    If you join the meeting more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be considered missed and you will not be able to reschedule or cancel. You will not be entitled to a refund.

Our consultations are available in-person on clinic days (currently Tuesdays and Wednesdays), or online on other days of the week.
